    I, too, am now a new member of the '46 M44 club. Ironically, my rifle carries a S/N that is ~ 2500 before yours with the same alpha characters before it. Pretty cool!

    I suppose I need to fill the gap with a 1946. 1944/1945/1947 in inventory. Nice rifles and a Blast to shoot. Pun intended.

    Not sure if you refering to me. If so the 1945 is the only one of the lot I have fired and I have not fired it for accuracy assesment yet , just function and fireball.

    Shot the 1944 M44 this weekend. The bolt is a bit stickey upon closing and I need to bench for accuracy but the fired brass looks good and shooting at dusk my friends liked the muzzle flash.
