Mannlicher Schoenauer 1903 - any gunsmiths in Berlin

I'm off to Berlin towards the middle of September. Does anyone have any contact details of gunsmiths in Berlin? I'm actually after the set trigger for a Mannlicher Schoenauer 1903 but would be willing to visit any one who is likely to have drawers full of old classic rifle bits.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. Long Island, that is amazing!

But have you looked at the prices - those are all one-off hand-made parts, maybe very small batches, so the time involved is enormous.

Nigel, you had better be quite sure exactly what bits you need!

    Pat,
M-S parts are as scarce as hens teeth in the US. Check this site out on M-S prices, his are used and the parts are far and few.

Imagine what a complete M-S would cost from Eric ??

    Good Luck,
    Bob
