    Exclamation Arisaka??

Ok, so i was going through my fathers old guns and came across this old japanese rifle. From what i have looked up its an arisaka type 30. But it looks a little different and has a very odd serial number. The number is A27. No stamps other than that on the metal really, but all parts, bolt, reciever, bayonette etc have a27 for a serial number. What is this rifle?

That is interesting. I was not aware they stamped the bayonet to match the rifle. That sounds like a home run as far as "all" matching goes.
