    Skennerton's Book. A good deal?

Possibly a good deal for some one who has wanted it but was put off by the price.
I say possibly because it is U.S. only.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. Too expensive for damaged IMO. He probably bought them by weight as remainders.

If you are collecting mint, signed first editions; not a bargain.

If you want information, that's a different story.

It is still listed here: http://www.skennerton.com/rifles.html

    Brand new.

I was thinking more along the lines of a person who has more than a passing interest in Enfield Riflesicon to whom the information contained in the book would be of interest not a book collector.

I think you answered your own question? If you have more than a passing interest in the Endfield rifles then you need Skennertonicon, collectible or not.

I already have it. I just thought there might be some one who wanted it but couldn't really afford $80.00 for it. I guess I confused the post with the question mark.
