    M96 Swed, FSR pistol grip?

I have a real sweet condition M96 Swedishicon FSR with a Faldt sighting system, mint bore, nice brich wood and a nice low number ID disc. I've shot the gun and it very mush lives up to it's reputation. In the Crown Jewels book there is a pic of a add on pistol grip, bolted to the bottom of the gun. I was pondering getting one and have been watching them on E-bay and for the most part the prices seem resonable. The only reason I've held off, I'm not sure if they are the real thing and don't know if they come stamped with the Crown or not. Maybee even the makers mark or something, I just don't know. Can anybody share a little info that may help?-SDH

    Thumbs up

I believe the originals were marked with the Swedishicon Crown. We have one in the MKLicon, but isn't marked, so I believe it may be an aftermarket reproduction for target shooters, although it's patterned exactly after the one that appears in the "Crown Jewels" reference material.

m/96 and m/38 target rifle pistol grip add-on (possibly a repro)
