    who makes an excellent 1903A4 bolt

    i'm building a couple of 1903A4gerys for the cmp games matches. i have the receiver, bbl, stock, mounts and scope, but i need to find someone to recontour/bend/grind my bolts. any help finding a quality smith who knows how to "do it right" would be appreciated.
