If you don't get it in the next three or four weeks I would contact them. I went through hell when I renewed mine and I finally ended up exchanging emails with one of the supervisors. Mine was held up because of an address change. They were super nice and super helpful but they did tell me that they are way behind of FFLs and C&Rs, albeit that has been over a year ago.

It took just under a month to get mine.
The only horror stories I have heard is if you missed a box or forgot to sign it.
Mine came early this year. So far - P64 Makarov, K98
byf41, 91/30 Mosin Nagant.
