How do you like the Larue cantilever mount? I'm looking into getting one for my own M1Aicon EBR build.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. Hello USMC6094,

as I said I had no time to test the rifle yet.
I read anyway lots of impressions over the internet about the LaRue mount and the Sage Cantilever mount.
It seems that the latter is free from any vibration because it is also supported on the back, over the block at the sights while the LaRue might have some vibrations since it is a pure cantilever mount. The Sage is not available at the moment up to end of summer 2012 and this is the reason why I took the LaRue mount.
I think the problem can occur in fully automatic rifles where the rounds frequency is high and the mount can vibrate slightly, so I will never experience this problem, in Italyicon we can only have semi auto rifles.

I've looked at both and only the Larue is in stock and ready to ship. I've also looked at two other mounts, one Larue and the other American Defense. All three dont have the rear securing screw of the SAGE mount.
Heres the Larue mount I'm looking at.......

    Hi USMC6094
    it seems a good mount.
I preferred the LT608 because while shooting on short distances I remove the Nightforce scope and I replace it with EOTech 557 with its Magnifier, so I need the Picatinny rail anyway.
