    Proof Marks

    Has anyone ever seen a slide with the HP shared leg on a 1911 Colt, the one above the fireing pin stop?

    I have a 1911 frame with the interlaced HP stamped at the 1 0'clock position near the disconnector hole.

    I have the HP shared mark on the frame also but just the single H above fireing pin stop. What i am trying to find out if this would be correct.
