Price wise, it is really up to what you are willing to pay for one, and different areas command different prices.
I actually just picked up a Finnish marked M38 in 7.35 at a local auction for $125, and last month at the same auction house I picked up a set of 7.35 dies, and a few months ago I picked up a non-folding bayonet for the M38 model. I know it's a bit backwards to buying things but that's just how it worked out.
