Not much more reassuring than taking a tank on advace to contact. Unless it's more than one. Definitely weighs the odds in your favour.

He'll be following the lead element. You would probably have multiple tanks in that action and this one's not the lead. I'll bet there's at least a hundred yards between him and the front.
