USN Mark 1, PAL combat knife

Greetings everybody, At a gun show today I seen a USN Mark1 PAL combat knife, my question is how can you tell the original from a reproduction. This knife has a parkerized blade, the markings on the blade are RH, PAL in a oblong circle then 35. Has the correct USN Mark1 scabbard. Steve
