    Re above - although ex - NZ the NSN country code 66 gives it's origins as ex Australianicon stock.

    Like I said, not one of ours. Something from those wild colonials. That was another of the big Ordnance Depots at Trentham. Went there several times from the other big Ord Depots at Sylvia Park and Ngaruawahia

    I did say almost correct, I do understand I'd have to shorten and reprofile the barrel to be 100%, I reckon there are probably only half a dozen people in the world who might pick it in a movie though, I look forward to your post if you ever see it. I'm sure it would be no surprise to you what gets mocked up to pass for genieune items on screen. You are correct.

    Hi gents, I found another one of these barrels. This one had the yellow paint removed but still had the restrictor bolt inserted. As you can see in the image it has a narrow groove machined around it. You can still see some residue as well. Thought it might be of some interest.
