Original WWII 1903A4 Remington Bolt Correct Rare

    Sold for $382.00 U.S. (11 Bidders)

    Description for Item # 392361575

Here we have a RARE find and that would be an original bolt for a WWII 1903A4 sniper rifle, these rifles bolts had a handle that was made different from a regular 1903A3 or 1903 bolt , which the armory made them from, so that they would clear the A4's scope in use. This example was made by REMINGTON and has the small R on the underside of the handle which is correct, [please see photos] Bolt has most of it's original military parked finish with just minor wear, again please see the photos. Other then having the extractor Bolt is stripped so you are bidding on just the Bolt Body as shown but that is the only different part from an ordinary 1903A3 or 1903 bolt so you can rebuild it with regular 03 parts no trouble. A very hard to find on the loose part and just what you will need to restore that desirable 1903A4 or to build up one....Starting auction off low with no reserve and only $5.80 postage anywhere in the USAicon
