Question 135 linked rounds marked DEN 42?

    Hi
I'm Dan, recently retired and a USMC vet. I live in MN with my wife and dog. Knowing my interest in most things military, my with came home from a garage sale with 135 linked rounds marked DEN 42. They appear to be 30.06. Does anyone know what type of firearm these would have been used in? Thanks.

WW2 Denver Arsenal, I'd bet used in the M1919 Browning.

WP is correct. Linked for the Browning 1919. Corrosive primed being made during WW2. You can take it out of the links and use it in what ever you want too. Just be sure to clean the rifle after you use it to get rid of the corrosive primer residue.
