Hello fellow collectors. I would like to ask for some help please:
    Information regarding: Engraved ‘TELE. SCT. REGT. MK.II s H. B. M. CO. O.S.126.G.A. Regd No 4857’

I have found out about the H.B.M Co but am curious about the serial #. Does this give any indication of date made?
