Nothing as Paratroop carbines go...I wouldn't even trade him a Beretta M1icon for it as is. Hard to say what the parts are. Likely just a mixmaster with a repro stock.

The stock looks like a reproduction to me.

He certainly needs to do a picture heavy photo session for you at least. If he wants to show you anything...

The stock is a reproduction and is not an original M1A1icon stock. Value of the Rock-Ola is as a standard rebuilt carbine. Not more then $1000 for the whole thing. $850 for the carbine and $150 for the stock.

Some people see the name on the barrel and call that out as the maker of the Carbine since the sight hides the name. Might be a Quality, or even a rebarreled anything.

I bought an Erma the owner sold as an Underwood. I knew it wasn't USGI but it wasn't worth showing him.

That happened to me too, I traveled from St Louis to Springfield MO, to go get a 'Rock Ola' carbine, only to find when I got there it was a Quality Hardware with a rock ola barrel and a rock ola recoil plate. But I bought it anyway because he discounted the price a bit. After this I learned to check the serial number against what it 'should be'...
