What is the identity of this 1911 barrel?

This barrel is in my Sistema Colt "Ejercito Argentino" pistol and I have always wondered where it came from as it is certainly not original to this pistol. I can recognize that it is a USGI 1911 barrel but I do not know from what time period or what maker. I was hoping to trade someone this barrel for a "correct" Sistema barrel, but I would like to be able to describe it properly first. Thanks for any enlightenment.

A military contract barrel from the 1960/70's time period, but I can not identify it. Never seen one with the 5 digit number on the right side of the lug.

I believe it is a 'cage number' for the manufacturer. Comes out to 'Starlight Mfg. Co.' Suffolk Co., NY.
