    Replacement K11 stock??

Does anyone out there know of anyone selling replacement stocks? I got a 1911 in a trade with someone that is missing its magazine and some uninformed person sporterized it. The bluing is in great shape, as is the rifling (plus no import stamp!) It really is a shame that someone hacked the stock up, but if I can find a new one, at least I can dress it up and make it look pretty without worrying about the value, I guess.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. I will accept PayPal, Zelle, MO and good old checks (and cash if you want to stop by for a tour!). CLICK BANNER to send me a PM for International pricing and shipping. Swissicon rifles are probably the hardest of the more common rifles to get a replacement stock for. There are fellows out there that make replacement stocks but they aren't cheap. Could probably buy another rifle for what they ask.

I also have been looking for this. I had one offer from Great Britainicon and it was indeed more than another complete rifle. I did appreciate the offer, but it was out of my budget. Best bet is to keep eyes peeled for auctions or at shows. Good luck, you will need it!

If you find two please let me know!
