    Another B West AK47S.

Well, I must be a real glutton for punishment. I passed on a B West on an auction, only to bring this one home from an arms show about two weeks ago. Got this one for about $150 less than the one I tried to bid on.
Anyway, I have since put about 200 rounds through this, with no mushrooming of the ejector yet. It is extremely tight, well built. Had signs of being fired a lot before I got it. I'm just going to shoot it until something goes wrong, and rebuild it on another receiver.
Love the furniture on it. I am curious about the trunnion markings....1981 S, with just a triangle. Nothing inside the triangle, just the triangle. Any idea as to what arsenal this is?Can't find anything like it.

I'm glad it shoots good. That kind of makes up for how it looks

Seriously, that riveting looks unsound and I'm not too sure what the additional large head rivets are Check it out really close.

Well, another range session after about 200 rounds still didn't mushroom the ejector, but starting to see some egging around the FCG...looks like it's time to rebuild it!

Like the Krinks brand receivers. They were not properly heat treated.

Looks like the rear sight base has been replaced at some point.
