Same here Brian... I've searched the internet over the past ten years about anything related to carbines, and most of it was inaccurate or speculations from people who didn't know anything they were talking about. There is more real knowledge here, and I quit searching the internet a long time ago.

    Frank,

If you can post the chart or page you mention, then the authenticity of it can be debated. Just because something is posted or printed doesn't make it true. Take the Larson book and add it to the others.

Let's be polite and not use comments such as "i dealt with alot of people like him". Sometimes just sitting back and taking in information posted can be a huge benefit. Getting to know which posters advise holds the most weight can take some time.
I can tell you, if you had dealt with someone like Brian before, then you would have been talking with one of the most knowledgeable carbine people you will ever meet. Whether a new carbine enthusiasts, or longtime enthusiasts, I know I listen (or read) what he says.

    Frank,
I was hoping that you and Brian could end up as friends.

Brian seems curt telling info about carbines on-line, but he is a really good guy in person.

Hey, i was trying....he just started on without even knowing me and didn't take time to read my profile and found out i was new and all i do is ask questions for knowledge and never underminded him or anyone maybe another friend of his ask him to join in cause thats what he did, chimed in and left. I think i know his good buddy here cause he has the same attitude, but i hope one day he will except newbies and help them instead of actkng like that. Thanks

The Inland section in War Baby is incredible about what year your carbine should have.

    Wink Color Me Done Here

Hay imntxs564 you are not the first newbie BQ has jumped on. He jumped on me 2 or 3 times a couple of years ago too. I just quit posting here. There are to many other forums where you don't have to be treated that way to put up with him.
