got a box of 480 thrown into boxes today.
not packed very well but its good ammo
mixed years and a few spots on the brass but no stripper clip marks. there is still some pf the papers from the original boxes in with it.
I just wish I could have got more. The Vickers and BREN get really hungry

I ordered two cases of the HXP .303 on clips, and the UPS tracking says that it should be here tomorrow.

When you consider the going price for the clips (at least $1 each, when I checked ebay etc.), that means that the ammo itself is 20 cents a round, or less. That's quite a bargain for shootable, reloadable ammo.

It's more than just shootable. It is excellent stuff, and no longer available in the UKicon. That price is outstanding. Buy all you can, i reckon.

I just received my two cases, and everything looks good.

The chargers are in great shape, as is the ammo. Most of the chargers are marked "B.P." (Britishicon Pens?) and "Mk4". About 25% of the chargers are totally unmarked. It does not appear that the chargers are Greek-made.

These are way better than the common Italianicon-made Mark III's.

Out of 2 cases, 900 rounds, one box of 45 had some corrosion problems. Out of that, maybe 3 or 4 rounds had to be junked. All the rest of the ammo was great.

My first order came in today. 1 case of .303 on strippers and a case of 440 30-06. All ammo in "A" marked boxes. Nicely packaged and no corroded rounds found. All the .303 was '76 and the clips were black and looked good as new. The 30-06 was '67 and in the properly labeled boxes.

Now to see what the second case of 480 brings.

Well, the second order came in today at 7. A little Dissapointed with this one. Ammo was just thrown in boxes and boxes were nasty looking.

BUT. It turns out humans aren't the only ones stocking up on M2 Ball. I got home from work at dark and saw my ammo sitting in my garage, with something laying on top. Getting closer I saw it was a snake, but my family is known for playing pranks with fake snakes since we live in the country. Getting closer something didn't look right, so just to be safe I threw my keys and it MOVED. Turned out to be one big rattlesnake. Finally got him into the yard and killed him. Letting the rattle dry out now.

Didn't react fast enough to get a pic of him on the package..
