Well done that. Now to scratch the glue out so your stock disc fits flush...button goes into the brass salvage.

All cleaned out and touched up with a Minwax dark walnut stain pen.

Range report. Mostly sunny, breezy, 47 degrees. 100 yards, seated, no sling, lead elbow on the table. 30 rounds of 1976 HXP. Front sight is a .015, and the rear sight was set a snitch below 400 yards. I had a little trouble with stringing as I has tired after two hours of yard work on top a workout.

Maybe take a sandbag to the bench. The lead elbow is wobbly if there's no support. Try it again and come back., That one's OK...but a bit scattered and we know you can do better...
