I don't know where you got your info on production numbers, but methinks they are wrong! WHY do I say this? Simple, each production run on ser nrs was 10,000 and your rifle is a c suffix = 39201st rifle made marked SVW in 1945. By the way the original SVW codes were dated 45. The MB date code did not come into being until very early 45.
SVW coded rifles are not "exceeding rare", but are very uncommon.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. I don't know where you got your info either. The SN was ALL of '45 production to that point, this included ALL the roll stamps changed from byf45 to svw45 to svwMB with the latter the rarest. B and C blocks were coming out concurrently. Information from Steves and Karem, Kriegsmodel.
