    1903 witness marks

    Hello all
    I'm a newbie here
I need some help with a 1903 receiver and a barrel I bought
When I hand tighten the barrel receiver the witness marks are about 7/16 inch away
Is this too far Any help would be appreciated
    Thanks SkyKid aka Frenchie

    Barrel

Do you have all of the proper tools? Have you re-barreled anything before this project? If not, ship it off to Chuckindenver. It will be done ASAP and done right. I'm guessing the chamber will be tight or too tight. Chuck can fix that problem, too. Chuck did my M1917 and did it right. Good luck.

He's honest and sincere. He took care of my 03a3 with a similar problem. Quick and fair with good communication.
