Is it possible to get a resin replica cast? None of the parts move so you'll basically only have a No 4 Mk I shaped (and painted) piece of solid resin, but it will at least look the part for you.

    Hi Colonel
Make a resin replica, is good idea, but days ago, my collector friend showed me some of their lee enfiel rifles, and the truth, I wish one with wood and metal for feel the cool of the guns!.

    Look this comparison

SMLE no1 , Denix replica and LE no4

Very nice! I agree there's no subsititute for the real thing.

I'm not familiar with Argentinaicon's gun laws, but perhaps could you get the woodwork imported from overseas? Then, you could get a resin receiver cast (or imported), attach a metal rod for the barrel, and - depending on your laws - maybe add a real magazine?

From the sounds of it, a Soft Air (also known as Airsoft) replica sounds like the way to go - not a cheap option, but at least you also have the option of being able to shoot your gun at paper targets and tin cans for fun when it's not being displayed on your jeep.

    Hi Luis,

Sorry to hear that is not an option for you.

I agree with you. The real wood and metal is best.

Hey Luis, surely if your friend can have these rifles, SMG's and Brens, even if they are deactivated or live, then YOU too can have them........

    Hi fellows, Good Morning!

Gun law in Argentinaicon, allows me to have this type of rifle, but not expose in a vehicle. If it is deactivated by a gunsmith, yes. Getting here and deactivate a rifle is not economical. If it is more economical to buy spare parts in other countries and build something without cannon and clearly note that you can not do any shooting, like Denix Replica Airsoft Guns or.

I have an offers to purchase no4. Price US $ 1500, plus my registration like legal owner.
You would deactivate it to have it placed on a jeep? No. a think... it would be a sin!
No idea how much is the cost to deactivating and if I find a gunsmith do it.
As you will see it is an issue of money and common sense.
I must wait for Denix manufacture this model or find some airsoft ....
