    Nitro's and B.P's

I dragged the collection out just to have another peruse over what has taken a few years to amass as you can appreciate English N.E's are pretty hard to come by in Aus.
There are some rare ones the 33 BSA is not often seen, 505 Gibbs, .577's .300 Flanged and so on the center dark dumpy looking one is a 600 Nitro with the Woodleigh 900 grainer for comparison, missing is the .700 Nitro with the 1000gn solid as it is packed away. The coiled round on the Rt side is the only inert round, it is extremely hard to import these rounds even as a licensed cartridge collector as no one will post live rounds so you have to fossick as best you can. Hope you enjoy them

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. I like your collection of Nitros and B. P. cartridges. Here is some of my collection
(do not have photos of everything) I have a lot of military cartridges and a small
collection of 7,62x51 starting with the FA 46 300 Savage which is pictured.

That rolled case 7th picture does it have the small inspection window opening near the base as that would make it Kynoch manufacture, the jewel of my whole collection is an un-opened full packet(Yellow box) of .33 BSA that I stumbled across and got for $175/AU last year there is a cartridge seller who is on the web was charging $80/round when he can get them the price is not there now but was last year when he had some here's the link AMMO-ONE collectible_ammunition,ammunition,collectible_ammo , ammo,cartridges,rare_ammunition,bullets,hard_to_fi nd_ammunition,sabots,books,cartridge_books,ammo_bo oks,autographed_ammo_books,gun_books,books_on_guns ,books_on_bullets,bullet_books

The rolled case 577/450 is without the small inspection window opening near the base, do not believe that I have seen one here in the USAicon. I see that the clips for the Frenchicon RSC 1917 semi auto rifle (third photo) are selling for about $100 now. I have a good friend that owns one of these rifles in good working order.

I will get the metrics out one day as there are a couple there not often seen like the Schuler and the Nimrod (9.3 x 82mm) and a few others glad you have enjoyed them I guess it has taken something like 42 years to amass the N.E's a long slow process as I like to have live rounds
