    Smith Corona- More pics added post 4, Update post 7, Advisory Panel results

    Here are some pics of a Smith Corona I've had for a long time (20-25 yrs.). It came to me covered in cosmolineicon. I think I ended up with a gem and didn't realize it for a long time. Let me know what you think.

    I can't tell for sure about the finish (given the light) but all the parts look correct. Nice rifle.

    I took some more pics outside with some sunlight to help get a better look at the finish. On the pic of the left side butt stock there are some blotches showing. They are from solvent when I was cleaning off the cosmolineicon.

    Thanks to all so far for taking a look. From what I've found so far I think it is original. I still have some work to do and then I will have it looked at by the Advisory Panelicon.
