    S'G' Push Button Safety

I have a an S'G' carbine with a serial # of 3227570 and a May 43 Underwood barrel. What would the appropriate safety be for that era rifle? Would an IP A still be used in that time frame? Thanks.

    Very possible.
When they tell you to behave, they always forget to specify whether to behave well or badly!

Per Riesch S'G',E-S'G' began use at serial 3,213,000 so I would think you can go either way, IP-A very well still in the parts bin when they reached in for your safety.
