    Some day I will get the big brother

    Just a suggestion. You may or may not know this. I'd advise against storing the firearm lying against that styrofoam. Moisture can get between it and the gun and you'll end up with pitting. I saw a nice S&W 52 that was stored that way. One side look like new. The other side was very sad to see.

    Thanks for the info limazulu. I never thought of it that way. It has been stored like that since it was purchased way back when. I fired the first 50 rounds through it just this past November and can hardly wait until I find a big brother for it. I am undecided on either the 1911 style or a Sig in .45. I have shot the Sig with the figure 8 sights and found it to be very accurate for me rather than the 3 dot sights.
