Early WRA carbine [Big E show]

Note, type 1A receiver, early dogleg hammer, early safety, early unmarked stock and handguard, early boxed WRA/GHD, high wood "I" cut stock, early spring tube, type 1 band, seems 100% legit. I got it at the Big E show today.

I especially like the old petrified crud that you can still see in some of the nooks and crannies. It verifies the age and the lack of being "messed with".

I traded an M1D, and a late 1944 WRA carbine, with correct, oddball front band, that needed explaining, not text book.

You traded the 5.7? I liked the 6.56 better. Hopefully you can get all that dried cosmoline off of it.

I went home with two type 1 firing pins and three of the early conical extractor plungers. Not really sure why I collect this stuff. It's probably a lot like crows and shiny objects.
