I got a vickers last year and paid 132.00 for it because it was a vickers. Most 1907 don't go for that much. I got it off e-bay but don't remember where it came from. I don't know if the DP would make any difference.

I saw two for sale last night one at 225 one at 350 depends on quality adn markings, and how desperate someone is to get a blade that is not as uncommon as peoplke are led to believe, if they only made 10,000 then i must have seen the same ones a lot of times, or survival rates were enormous

Earlier this year, I paid $70 CDN for an August 1918 dated Vickers (unfortunately, no scabbard) in excellent condition (not DP marked). The dealer didn't know what he had. As soon as he said $70, I handed him the cash no questions asked.

    It's a great find.
