    Just received "India's Enfields"

Just received "India's Enfields", by Col. Robert W. Edwards, in the mail. Plastic spiral bound (like a cook book) 132 pages @$39US shipped. First impressions, large format - 11"x9", main chapters deal with LE from 1902 - 2000, chapter on "Special Purpose Arms 1890-2004", appendix of markings. Some photos are a bit blurred. I do like the rifle discription with production numbers and level of rarity. Now I get to read it:-)

    Hi,

Can you share with me where you obtained your copy of India's Enfields from?

I am looking for a copy.

    Cheers,

    Ed

Well actually, it's like talking to yourself out in open country...if you look at when he was here last, I doubt you'll get an answer.

That's why we discourage kick-starting far outdated threads. Asking a pointed question in the forum on the other hand...

We can answer the question on his behalf, for you. The book would appear to be currently unavailable/out of print. That doesn't mean that it can't be obtained, it just means that you just have to look a bit harder on places like eBay, Amazon and other 2nd hand book retailers. I would like a copy too and, possibly, so too would other forum members.
