Attached are a few pics of a WW II Aussie commando knife. The scabbard is a well marked Rue hide on one side of the blade is the WE marking and on the other the Broadhead with waht looks like an I L under it, does this ring a bell for anyone? SDH

The arrow looks like a War Depratment arrow as found on all Commonwealth military issue pieces at the time. though it is a lot bigger and isnt what i would expect to find on a knife like this, the Fairburns dont have it for example

If I recall correctly WE is the manufacturers marking for Whittingslowe.
Don't have access to my copy of Ron Flook's book at the moment to confirm - perhaps someone else will.
