Bren Tripod used in battle?

Does anyone have pictures of a tripod mounted Bren in battle? The only one I see is of the King aiming a Bren on a tripod.

By definition, the tripod was only used in a defensive position.

I'm under the impression that the ditches in Italy must have been filled with them. Or they went over the side during the river crossings. They seemed to get scarcer as time went on.

Don't laugh, several Germans were killed by Bren tripods.





One poor fellow tripped over one on the road to Dunkirk and broke his neck...........

Well, they WERE designed as a weapon system...
