Since I've been knowledgeable I noted that there have always been newcomers who are in a hurry to acquire the items they target as being the things to collect. And they overpay for them, sometimes by a lot.
Since I've been knowledgeable thats funny! I can't wait to see your knowledgeable M1 Carbine display!
Hmm, neither helpful or funny. What is the saying about people who live in glass houses?
I don't know I was hoping you snowflakes could tell me WhyCarbines? or is it deldriver? Mr. Propaganda

Alot of collectors are laughing. Mr. Propaganda
Guilty!
I started out collecting the cheaper foreign stuff I'd see lingering around. Went through a pretty heavy John Browning phase. Then decided US military stuff is what I really wanted and that it wasn't getting any cheaper.
My good buddy Visa helped out with that itch ;)
The last I looked we lived in America and are FREE to spend our money on anything we want as long as it is legal to own. But the snowflakes are upset but they have the most impressive 17% patina M1 Carbine collection that they are planning a display to teach all of us rookies.
If that’s a reply to me, I thought I’d clarify that I’m not the person that bought this stock.
My collection was pretty much rounded out a year ago.
No it was not a reply to you just a general comment about collecting.
