This case is some five inches longer than the Model 1903 rifle case but could be used for this rifle too. Note this case was reissued during WW2 too
Here is my 1918 M1903 Springfield with 1918 dated case, early c.1907 belt, early M1905 bayonet one of only about 2,000 built during first fiscal year. There is also an early pattern scabbard and a 1918 dated Plumb bolo. I took this gun to the gun range earlier today!
