This eBay auction has good clear pics, but doesn't show everything. Do you guys think the machining is a bit unusual? Could it be a Type 1? Thanks! - Bob

Was thinking I needed to see the front to determine if Type 1 - wrong! The wide rear wall gives it away as a Type II. Still, the machining is different from what I've seen. - Bob
Any guess as to what it will sell for? Maybe $150 or more?
Looks like they put a new guy on the milling machine.
And the guy putting on the "Inland" logo covered for him! - Bob
Being pretty didn't make it function any better and as long as it functioned properly who cared what it looked like so it was used. Carbines when it was made were listed as critical. But your right it does look a bit ugly.
It's going to go for a good price. Maybe a little rough, but looks honest to me - neat that it's not been "blasted" and reparked. - Bob
The hammer strike are would be nice to see.
Well, I can see that my guess was way off! Still another day to go. - Bob

Here's a completed auction on a rear sight that surprised me. Do you think the buyer will try to repair that receiver? - Bob
