I would like to know if it's possible (legal) to sell Lee Enfield parts from Canada to USA?

Yes, you can ship up to $100 value to the USA without the purchaser having to obtain a Form 6 import permit. We can ship up to $500 value to Canada without an export license but the shipments must still be lodged electronically with US Customs and Border Protection via the ACES system before shipment. Shipping any firearms components or accessories without the international transaction number issued by CBP is a violation of the ITAR laws.
