P1907 bayonet

Hello members, i have got some weeks ago a nice P1907 bayonet, that is marked by Wilkinson Pall Mall, and reworked in 1923, the pommel area has a special marking that was striked out, but what is visible " 1R 2 M12/12276" as Carl Z. mentioned this is not a british stamp, it was hypothese that it could be some of the Baltic states as Latvia or Lithuania? anyone knows about sending of some No1Mk3 rifles there? I looked at the serial #'s on my British P1907 bayonets + they are stamped where the 12276 is on yours with a letter stamped above it like your R or M.The 12276 looks to have been crossed out then a new serial # added above it to match another rifle,by what country I'm not sure.
