South Korea, at Poong San (or something like that).
Yep, Korean. Non-corrosive and mostly good stuff. Some lots have been reported as having problems. I haven't had any. Someone should be by to post a link to that list shortly.

Not sure about PS ammo having problems. The KA marked ammo is a problem.
Look at your S Korean "PS" ammo and see if it didn't come in a box marked PMC. It's just M80 ball clone.

I misread his caption - he said .30-06. It'd be PMC M2 ball clone, not M80 (7.62x51). Is your bad lot chart for '06 or 7.62?
That survey was done several years ago when people started complaining about split cases. It is 30-06.
