SC sets fire to affirmative action/sotomayor.

With it's latest 5-4 ruling the Supreme Court has started a fire that will not easily be extinguished by those who believe affirmative action trumps the civil rights of individuals. ginsberg's spouting not withstanding, this ruling rights illegitimate court driven manipulation of the Constitution to favor left-wing liberal political interest. As well it provides at least a bump in the road to the msm efforts to express the nomination and approval of mrs. sotomayor as the heir apparent to souter. Thank God for Roberts and Scalia, Thomas, Alito and Kennedy! Maybe by some happy circus of coincidence stevens, bryer, ginsburg and ???? will be removed so that genuine Constitutionalist can be appointed. I hope the repugs get some guts and push this to it's fullest,she has no business on the Supreme Court,she was also admonished over her very short reply as why she gave the opinion she gave.

There is no chance a conservative will ever be appointed by bambam or the Dems! The most we can hope is the court stay the same, with the swing (Kennedy) staying on "our" side most times.
