She will not be. Court allowed her to keep 1 or 2 million. She was listed as a Company exec.
She should be charged as a co-conspirator, all assets seized and distrubuted to those who lost most everything. A sentence of say, 100 years will still not even the books on those two.
should be a lot of wall streeters prosecuted for this also.
same with those in charge of "liars loans" that have caused the housing market to collapse.
