Well it has been awhile. Things have been hectic here. Anyhow I just bumped into this bayonet and although it was evidently appraised at around 650 it has me confused as there is no serial number. It is otherwise identical to others I have seen. It is in outstanding shape, never sharpened or used as a tent stake etc. Shiney blade with some light spotting, thread on the scabbard is excellent except coming loose at one side nothing major. Photos are below. Input appreciated....real, fake? why no serial?
