several years back the cmp sold a bunch of 513 parts so there should be lots of bolts out there -seems like they were $5.00 each- limit of 5 might check Lee's gun parts 0r Bob's Lots of those cmp bolts were repaired- had the handles welded on- if you do this try to keep the heat away from the bolt cam area and get the handle in the correct position
Have you tried Jack First? you have to call. the is:
605-343-9544. They usually have or can make stuff like that
Best advice I can give is to buy some 3/16" hardened pins from the hardware store shorten to about 5/8" long. Bore/drill out the handle shank and bolt collar so the pin can bridge the two pieces. Then weld. Don't forget to angle the handle back at about 20 degrees.

Replacement handles show up sometimes for about $20-30 but complete bolt assemblies can be found on gunbroker for $55. The days of the CMP bolts for $10 each went bye-bye when folks started ordering 100 at a time. So they upped the price to $40 but within a year decided tojust keep them for the rifles they later sell.
Hello all, thanks for all the replies,I finally got off my dead a%# and fixed the bolt in question by drilling out and tapping the collar. Then I setup the handle in the mill and center drilled and tapped it,(I made a guide bushing that fit over the end).I couldn't find a 10-32 long hardened set screw anywhere in my shop, probably have a hundred of the somewhere...,cut off an allen bolt and locktighted in place,so far so good,no time yet to range test it but it should work ok.Regards, Jim
Looks familiar.
Here's mine.

The bolt parts from the Remington 510, 511 and 512 also will work. If you try to find the 513T bolt, the price will be jacked up because it is a "target" rifle.
Guys,
Is this a 513T bolt? Inscribed with a serial number 24669. It's similar to my own 513T but this bolt handle is swept back a little more. JMM03, you have a PM in your inbox.
