I would say as it stands no. The serial number comes back to June of 43. The barrel July of 43. As mentioned before, if for some reason the recever was held back it could be original. If, if, if???

its a cmp service grade, so if its not an original barrel, maybe it was rebarreled after a battle during ww2! (I have a good imagination!) Thanks Mr. Hollinger.
