Of course. Who do you think staffs military confinement facilities, such as those at Ft Levenworth and at Guantanimo? Most of these personnel are in the Reserve components because more are needed to run POW/Internment facilities during war time and not that many are needed at other times.
Air Force and Navy personnel do the same jobs usually alongside the often vaunted soldiers and Marines.
Just when I got used to calling civilian prison guards "corrections officers".
I just figured that in the military it was something similar.
But, "resettlement"? That sounds like something out of George Orwell, or maybe Dr Ezekiel Emmanuel's college term paper.
