I'll have to go check it out. For those who wish to hear feedback on this seller, I've done business with P&S on over 20 rifles. Never had a bad experieince dealing with Jean. I can't say enough good things about them as a company selling military rifles and accessories.
Just looked at the P&S site. From the looks of things, P&S likely hasn't fully evaluated the rifle yet, because the ad is still incomplete.

At this point we don't even know if it's British or Canadian. In any event, P&S is great at providing detailed photos, even on their inexpensive rifles, so if you're in the market, it's worth checking out I'd imagine.
I also notice they are listing a 1941 LB which is a pretty rare bird, even if it is FTR.
As a side note, I was speaking with Jean on Thursday - he's out of the shop until Tuesday morning on a business trip, so don't panic if you don't hear back before then - I don't know if he has internet access or not whilst travelling.
