Malcolm scope on a Patt. 1914
Using my Pattren 1914(IW) am considering building a replica (WWI) sniper rifle. Any thoughts on using the new Wm. Malcolm scope series by Leatherwood? Thank you.

Pattern 1914 with a Winchester A5 scope was cataloged in the Enfield Pattern Room
For those following the thread, a Pattern 1914 with a Winchester A5 scope was cataloged in the Enfield Pattern Room in 1927 (Ian Skennerton, The British Sniper, 1983, pg 63). Since then, however, I have acquired an original A5 with period mounts. Still researching as to how it may have been attached to the rifle.
