What grade was it when Ivanhoe sold it (A,B,C)? Any rack marks or other additional markings? The Ivanhoes have a unique, provable, provenance so it should bring $4000-$5000 as a minimum. IS the bayonet included?
it has a like new circle W bayonet no scabbard. also I do not think I have any of the shipping documents. the seral is E686656 RPD and 1.STA on the butt stock some wear on the bluing on top of the reciever. I guess for that kind of money if I decide to sale maybe I shoulf go through Duff or one of the auctions
$4500-5500
These guns enjoy the advantage of being documented and written up in respected, recent publications. Even in todays sour economic climate a high conditioned, scarce and desirable item such as this should easily bring more than 4500.00 If it were mine, I would sell some lesser pieces to raise funds and keep this one awhile. Just my 2 cents
$5500 You never score high by aiming low.
